The house is located in Costa, very close to Porto Cheli with a nice private pool. The nearest beach is a 6-minute walk away
and 3 minutes by car from the port, where the boats leave for Spetses.
The house is spacious, comfortable, fully equipped and ideal for your vacations! It has a garden, a balcony with a beautiful sea view and a garage for your vehicle. The area offers the possibility for many excursions, quick and easy.
-The house is located in a very quiet sparsely populated area and has few people around.
-The beaches that are at 6 and 10 minutes walking distance are not organized and even in peak times, they gather from minimal to no people.
-There are restaurants and cafes in the area that operate normally, keep safe distances, and are as far away as needed to avoid overcrowding.
