Daphne di Palio is a great, cozy and comfortable property for vacation. It is right next to the beach. You can go to the beach by foot in less than 4 minutes. The villa is close to a supermarket, children's playground, pharmacy, coffee places and restaurants. The villa is o two floors. The two floors are separated. One of them is an apartment and the other maisonette. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious dining room and living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen which is connected with the dining room and living room. Infront of the House there is a porch and a garden.
I started giving properties for rent quite some time ago. I like to think that I have a pretty good amount of experience. I love creating comfortable interior and transforming cold looking properties like apartments and house into comfy, cozy, good looking and practical properties. I believe that with this property I once again succeeded into making a nice and home-like place to rent for vacation.
The neighborhood is very calm.
