The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests in real beds and one extra guest can be accommodated in the couch or in a folding bed which can be provided upon request, at one of the bedrooms of the first floor. The maximum capacity is 10 guests.
 This captivating home lays in 600m² outdoor area - with 250m² lawn area and is embellished with a 40m² private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool (1,50 meters deep). Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (Gas BBQ- portable- with gas hob also) 
* The ground floor of the Villa is accessible by wheelchair, however, the facilities and bathroom are not specifically designed for wheelchair access.
 This captivating Villa boasts exquisite interiors that exude a certain ethereal elegance, in its 200m² indoor space. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Villa boasts four bedrooms & four en suite bathrooms, each flaunting a distinctive look and feel. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 80 e/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Eco-friendly Pool, water disinfection through salt electrolysis system offering a natural swimming experience, with nearly zero chemical usage. Climate Resilience Fee Currently not applicable, but any applicable law during your stay will apply. If introduced, it must be paid at check-in.

Location Overview

 Del Sur Luxury Villa is blissfully set in Lefkogia Village and close to the most spectacular and unspoiled beaches and destinations of South Crete - a wonderful location offering tranquility and rejuvenation to all those lucky enough to visit. The Villa offers a convenient location, as it is settled within 250 meters walking distance to super market and within 270 meters (less than 5 minutes walking distance) to local taverna, local cafe/ snack shop & bakery (delivery available for breakfast ).
 Also Plakias, which is located within 4km (5 minutes driving distance) with azure waters and rugged coastline create an enchanting destination for holidays beside the sea. Plakias is a popular tourist resort. Originally a very small and quiet fishing village, and it now offers a range of amenities, as well as is renowned for it’s natural beauty, providing all the facilities that a visitor could wish for. Along the main road of the village there are several supermarkets, bakeries, ATM machines, post office, a doctor’s office, restaurants, tavernas, cafes and beach bars while on the beach there are tamarisk trees, water sports, beach volley courts, snack bars and other shops offer a very wide range of products, including local and traditional goods.
