Surrounded by fields of olive trees and the breathtaking scenery of the Ionian Sea, Dí.La Grand Vílla is a picture-perfect holiday retreat blissfully set within 5 acres of private grounds in Akrotiri. Drenched in earthy glamour and sublime elegance, just 5’ minutes drive to Zakynthos Town, offering exquisite architecture, design, and privacy. This captivating sea-view residence lays in 5acres private land and is embellished with a 50m² private swimming pool(1,40 meters deep, non-heated), and also boasting premium sun-beds. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco dining under sunset skies, on the shaded outdoor dining area. Offering a bespoke design, the exclusive Residence boasts six bedrooms (two at the top floor are mezzanine style) & a wheelchair-friendly bedroom at the ground floor, a Living-Cum Lounge with an open plan office corner, a fully equipped kitchen, and can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests in real beds. The two available mezzanine bedrooms also feature each an additional sofa bed for two more guests to sleep. The maximum capacity is 14 guests.
