Εξοχική κατοικία σαλοκουζίνας, 2 υπονοδωμάτια, μπάνιο. Διαθέτει μεγάλο προάυλιο χώρο με γκαζόν, ψησταριά, ντουζιέρα, κόντα στη θάλασσα. Μέσα στο δάσος στην κυριολεξία κάτω από τα δέντρα σε πολύ ήσυχο μέρος. Καθαρό, ευάρο & ευήλιο. Ιδανική λύση για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές για οικογένειες. Με δική του θέση στάθμευσης. Περιφραγμένο και ασφαλές για παιδιά. Διαθέτει κούνια. Στην ίδια αυλή διαμένουν οι ιδιοκτήτες κατά τους θερινούς μήνες.
