Dimokritos Villas is a complex of six Villas - each of them with separate facilities and private pools - beautifully appointed in the Cretan country side, offering magnificent views of the surrounding area, the nearby hills, as well as the sea at the horizon. Dimokritos Villas are just 3 km away from the picturesque settlement and the sandy, organised beaches of Geropotamos, ideal for family holidays! Also, a selection of cafes, tavernas, gift shops, mini markets and ATM machine are available in Panormo. Also, for those who enjoy hiking there is a country path of 1,5 km leading to Panormos, but it’s advisable to cross it only by day! - Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.


Dimokritos Villas are located close to the village of Aggeliana, 5 minutes away by car, where guests can find a super markets taverna a cafe as well as a bakery. The sandy beaches of Geropotamos are just 5 minutes away from the villa by car. Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, just 10 minutes away by car and well know for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes and excellent traditional tavernas, overlooking the harbour and the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy.
