Peacefulness and quietness all around, close to two beaches (Agios Ioannis and Krioneri) and overlooking a huge olive grove at the outskirts of Lefkada town. The wider area is within lush greenery, which is still virgin, undestroyed by human touch, with mainly low rise houses and villas scattered around the olive grove. A traditional restaurant and cafes are within walking distance from the villa, at the seaside. The area is also a paradise for watersports, namely windsurfing and kitesurfing. Agios Ioannis is a blue flag beach, supervised by 2 lifeguards (10am-6pm).
