Magnificent luxury villa of 260 sqm, with fantastic sunset views overlooking the Aegean Sea. The villa is set in 2 levels on a plot, only 50 m away from the coastline, and, offers 5 bedrooms with 5 en suite bathrooms w/shower cabins. Outdoors to the sea view front, an amazing terrace of 400 sqm with a pool of 50 sqm and 10 deck chairs offers to guests memorable moments of pleasure and leisure. Attached to the terrace there is a beautiful shaded area of 80 sqm for relaxation.
