Offering panoramic sunset views that simply take your breath away, looking down from the top of the mountain at the creation… The ultimate view, one's ultimate choice… The villa is 135 square meters and has just been renovated in January 2023. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and modern Boho furniture. It consists of 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with free toiletries, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, ironing facilities, a work desk and a living room with comfortable sofas. The private garden provides a free private garage, barbecue, outdoor fireplace and a large swimming pool. It has a private pool and the best sunset view of the whole island from the large terrace and outdoor barbecue. Open all year, provides full concierge service. It meets the growing expectations of our distinguished guests and at the same time maintains its authentic classic character and the beauty of Kos. The large spaces and carefully selected boho furniture create a unique atmosphere with an exciting blend of aromas from modern comfort and luxury. MyKosVilla With Private Pool looks forward to offering you a lifetime experience in our traditional hospitality and exceptional standards!

Due to the fact that this elegant Villa is onmountain footpaths, it provides spectacular sight of the Aegean sea, the Kos main town and its main port as well as the Turkish coasts and Alikarnassos (Bodrum city). From the Villa, it is just a short drive down to Kos main town (about 8 min.), where there are plenty restaurants, traditional taverns and bars lining the shore, as well as shops. This Villa is an ideal choice for those who want to combine privacy and isolation and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings without any disturbances, along with the opportunity to visit Kos attractions, monuments and explore the island’s beaches and crystal clear waters. Therefore, it is suitable for both families with kids or just a group of friends.
