Effrosini Traditional Home is located in the village of Kostadiana Kissamos. It is suitable for relaxation since its main advantage is quietness. An ideal place to stay if you want to visit the world-famous beaches of Balos, Elafonissi and Falasarna, as long as the village is at the heart of all the famous destinations of the Prefecture of Chania. The distance from Kasteli is 7 km, while from Chania is 33 km and from the airport of Chania 52 km. The house can accommodate up to 4 people. A renovated house of 45 sm. spacious with a comfortable bedroom with wardrobe and desk and a kitchen with a seating area. They have both TV (SmartTV). There is a double bed(COCO-MAT) and a sofa bed. It is equipped with A/C air conditioning in both rooms. It features Wi-Fi, pharmacy, fire extinguisher and security card. The fully equipped kitchen with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge and cooking utensil will allow you to prepare any meal you can enjoy either on the table or on the terrace overlooking the garden and the beautiful bay of Kissamos. The spacious outdoor area includes a table with comfortable chairs for coffee or food as well as sun loungers in the garden and an outdoor shower.

We give the home to our guests but so we need to be available for any information. We do not want to disturb visitors while staying at home. Our presence is discreet and only when they need something from us, we are willing to help them right away.

Kostadiana Kissamos is a historic village as many families have lived there over the years. Now its main advantage is that there is not a large population and is the place for a quiet holiday. The village is at a low altitude and easily accessible. The house was built in 1920 and has been through many generations. It has reached the point of being burned by the Germans in the war of 1940. The family's interest in this house has kept it there. It is newly renovated ready to welcome its young visitors. Many places of tourist interest are close to the house as they are at the heart of all these destinations. Originally, the three award-winning and most famous beaches of Crete where one has to visit is definitely close enough. These are Falassarna, 21.8 km away, Elafonissi is 40 km away and the lagoon of Balos is 22 km away. The nearest beach is Nopigia at 2 km. The old town of Chania is at 33 km and the airport of Chania is at 52 km. Other tourist areas are Platanias (23 km), Kastelli (7 km), Kastelli harbor (10 km boat for Balos), Paleochora (43 km), Sougia (56 km)
