For a lovely welcome a little bottle of typical drink with snacks and fruits is prepared for you!!! One of us will be there at your arrival to let you know everything about the apartment. Always during the day we, Michalis and Elisavet, are willing to help you when you need and happy to recommend good restaurants and attractions to visit in Rethimnon and in Crete! From our guests we wait discriminatory behavior with attention to traditional handmade furniture of the apartment. Respecting quiet hours (14:30-17:30 and 23:00-8:00) and have good communication with the other residents of the building. No partying please.

The apartments are well positioned within walking distance to all the historical sites, restaurants, shops, the municipal beach and a smaller beach nearby.They are very easy to find from the bus station, 2' walking dinstance. As you leave the station, you turn left and you find the main road. There you turn right and in about 50 m. you find the number 42 at the opposite side. The apartmens are on the 2nd floor of a family building, with light-colored marble floors, grand entrance and elevator, one step from the sea! Hot water 24/7. The heating is with radiators. The apartments are fully equipped with ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, laundry detergent, clean sheets and towels and clothes-horse balcony. All are available for our guests. The price of accommodations includes the consumption costs such as heating, electricity, water. Although we ask our guests to be considerate about energy since in our island we are sort in water stocks during summer. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is allowed at the balconies.

Being downtown the neighborhood offers everything in very short distances. Large supermarket,grocery store,fish store,taverns,restaurants,cafes and bars reputed distance 50 to 300m. The small street market every Saturday with the tasty, mainly organic, local produce is at 50 m. next to the bus station. The sea is in walking distance for swimming and sunbathing. The District of the old castle is at 150 meters for a romantic walk and direct access to the old town of Rethimnon. The old town, the market and the central city beach is 15' walk. Taxis pass throughout day and night. The bus station is only 2' walk. Regular buses takes you to beautiful villages by the mountains or to sandy beaches to the south coast of Rethymno facing the Libyan sea!!! Available upon request private driver to take you from the airport or organised daily excursions in very competitive prices. In a 5' walk there is a modern gym with pool and sauna, with a special discount for guests by arrangement with the owner!
