Featuring modern decoration with some country-style details, the Elaia Villas have a fully equipped kitchen with stove and dining area. Each has a living room with sofa and satellite TV. On one of the few remaining olive groves located in the outskirts of Minies village we planned these two detached villas, each one with its own swimming pool, with the purpose to provide secluded and luxurious accommodation to those seeking to explore the beautiful island of Kefalonia. The villas, although modern, have been designed adhering to traditional local architecture in order to blend with nature.
'' a small place away from the world but still very close to anything you need '' Our great location is conveniently close to some of the most preferred beaches of the island, Kefalonia International Airport and Argostoli, the capital with its nightlife, shops and restaurants.
