Welcome to our brand-new charming and stylishly furnished apartment . It is located in a green area of the neighbourhood of Maroussi, near the Church of Agios Nikolaos, in front of a small park! With three spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms (all with French doors leading to a terrace)and two bathrooms, our apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends. In each bedroom, you will find comfortable queen beds, soft linens, and ample storage space for your belongings. The apartment also features a cosy living room, with a dining table for 8 persons, The living room is tastefully furnished with comfortable seating where you can relax after a long day. You will not miss your favorite Netflix shows thanks to the flat-screen TV. Maybe you will préfère to enjoy a fresh drink or a nice dinner on the large terrace, furnished with comfortable seatings and a dining table for up to 6 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and amenities, allowing you to prepare delicious meals during your stay. A Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine will satisfy all the coffee lovers.

Our appartment is optimally located in a green and quiet area, in front of a small park. The center of Maroussi where you can find nice restaurants, cafés and shops of all kind is at walking distance. There is also a small supermarket very close to the appartment. Maroussi is the commercial hub of Athens with its many restaurants, banks, shops and large shopping malls. It also hosts some of the most famous hospitals in Athens, Lovers of wellness and exercise will highly appreciate the Olympic Center (OAKA). Maroussi is easily accessible by metro (the metro station KAT and the metro station MAROUSSI are both at walking distance from our appartment (about 7 minutes). We are at only a 30 minutes drive from Athens International Airport and at 12Km from the center of Athens.
