The apartment is at groundfloor has a private entrance, private garden and private pool. It has a surface of 85m² and is being fully renovated in 2020. It has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room (possibility for 2 more people to sleep), dining area and kitchen. The garden, 270m² of surface, and the pool 35m² make a nice environment around the apartment and a pleasant place to chill. In the building are only our family flats and our architectural office.
Hi there! I am from Rhodes and like to explore sporting activities on Rhodes. Windsurfing, mountainbiking, swimming, this island has great opportunities to do so. I am half Greek, half German, studied in Austria and work as an architect. I like to travel, meet people and i enjoy to host and assist you to discover Rhodes. You are more then welcome to come and have a stay at the lovely pool apartment.
Welcome to the island of endless sportive activities. With the summer breeze always here, come and enjoy windsurfing, kite-surfing, scuba diving and other water sports activities. Go cycling, mountain biking, hiking, running or relax with yoga. Explore the beautiful beaches and come home to relax in the garden with sunset. Some facts: Sea (200m), supermarkets, restaurants, public transportation (100m), Rhodes town (7km), airport (7km), rental cars & scooters (1,8km), Filerimos mountain (3km). In the neighborhood are 3 big supermarkets and 2 great bakeries for delicious cakes and coffees. The distance from the apartments to the sea is 200 meters. The beach is a mixture of sand and gravel and has easy access.
