A bubble of charm and comfort for Eos 5 minutes from the beach and the village . apartment for 4 people on the first floor of the villa Theia with 2 double bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed ,A kitchen facing the sea, with outdoor furniture.this kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, citrus press, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot and washing machine . the 1st bedroom (the master bedroom) has a terrace overlooking the sea on one side and the mill on the other. it has a separate wc. the second bedroom has a balcony overlooking the island. will be close to the port ( on foot approx 10 min) 150 m from the cove of Porta, close to the page of Foinika , all the other beaches . Villa Theia is composed of 3 modules: On the ground floor on the left , you have Séléné. on the 1st floor, always to the left you have EOS and to the right of the villa Theia ,Hélios which is the private part . A common path serves Séléné and Eos . in the garden, you have if you wish a beach shower common to the 2 apartments . Your formula is for rent only: We change the towels every 2 days and sheets every 4 days. but the cleaning is yours. on the day of departure, in order not to call on the deposit, please return the flat in very good condition, the dishes clean and tidy, the bins emptied (the container is 3 minutes from the house) and the fridge. we will lend you an umbrella for the beach but We do not provide beach mats. We pick you up at the port and bring you back . here is some information about the island . if you are looking for a bike there are Koufonissi 4 renters . in the village. you will also find 4 cash machines, 2 supermarkets, a bakery, a maritime agency, a small post office, glaciers, shops and of course many restaurants Caiques serve in season all beaches and Kato Koufonissi too about every 10 minutes and there is also a taxi . about the many fast boats that serve the island and there are too many taverns on the island
