Each room in the suite offers a clear view of the sea and the sunrise, whereas the kitchen faces the west, offering a clear view of a lush, green mountain. The maisonette is newly built (finished in June 2025) and features a spacious, modern lower floor and a beautifully designed loft that blends comfort with coziness. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a swimming pool, and just a five-minute walk to the beach, your stay is sure to be both relaxing and memorable. Most rooms are connected, allowing natural light to flow throughout the suite. A free private parking space and a pair of sun loungers by the pool are just some of the extra touches you'll enjoy!

The suite is located on a quiet street, just one block behind Nikiana’s coastal high street. It’s less than a five-minute walk to the beach, with beach bars, pharmacies, bakeries, grocery stores, car rentals, and a bus stop all easily accessible on foot. You’ll find a variety of beaches within walking distance — from peaceful hidden spots to livelier ones next to beach bars. The suite, and the area around it, are surrounded by trees and sit at the foot of a lush, green mountain. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, along with hotels that serve meals. And if you’re in the mood for exploring, Nidri is just a short drive away, where you can hop on a cruise to the nearby islands!
