A countryside house situated at a distance of 1,2 km from Kournas beach and 2.5 km from Kournas Village. The house can host 4 persons. It's fully furnished and fully equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. A big yard with a door that closes and an external garden with lawn grass, trees and free of charge parking area. Ideal for families with children between 2 and 15 years old .

The area is sparsely polulated with low rise houses inside the nature.
The big sandy beach of Kournas is located 1 Km away with coffee shops, restaurants, and pizzerias for all tastes. Gas station, super market, pharmacy store at the same distance. Within a radius of 1 Km the bus stop to the town of Rethymno (17Km) and to Chania town (44 Km). 5Km away is the area of Georgioupoli and in a distance of 6Km the famous Kournas lake where you can enjoy a water bike ride, a canoe ride or have a swim. Coffe shops and restaurants at the lake-shore.
