Private house in a quiet area very close to the sea side. It includes two double rooms at the second floor with a shared bathroom, living room and a balcony with limited view to the sea. In addition, it includes a luxury room with a king sized bed, private bathroom and balcony. At the first floor lives the owner with his wife.

Dimitris is a 60 years old hotel receptionist and amateur theater actor and director. His wife, Fani, works as a public servant and manager at the municipality of Ierapetra. Both Dimitris and Fani have an international background. Born by Greek parents, Dimitris grew up in Istanbul, Turkey while Fani in Rio De Janeiro, Brasil. This international background gave the motivation to host and welcome people around the world who are looking a nice, cozy and quite environment to stay while exploring the beautiful Island of Crete. They are hosting international guests at their apartment since 2013 and are welcoming them with great hospitality and positive attitude.

The house is located in the eastern entrance of the city just above the sea side. The nearest beach is only 200 meters away or couple of minutes walking which has a nice beach bar where you can enjoy your beer or coffee. Very close to the house there is a nice restaurant next to the beach where you enjoy your lunch or dinner and have a nice city view. You can also find a grocery store and a super market less than 5 minutes walking. The area is very quiet and there is space to park your car at any time.
