naturally beautiful setting. The property consists of two mirrored, cozy one-bedroom apartments,
nestled within a peaceful olive grove and surrounded by cypress trees. Whether rented individually
for a romantic getaway or together with friends, the house offers a private and serene escape.
Each thoughtfully designed apartment features self-catering facilities, a lovely breakfast bar, and a
stunning veranda—perfect for soaking in the views and dining alike. At the rear, secluded patios with
sun loungers and outdoor showers provide an inviting space to sunbathe, relax, or enjoy a quiet
moment with a book. Your dream escape to Kefalonia starts here—effortless, peaceful, and
unforgettable.
APARTMENT 1 offers beautiful views over a small olive grove, framed by cypress trees, an impressive
rock formation, and stretching out across Foki Bay.
APARTMENT 2 is identical in layout and amenities, with views of the olive grove and surrounding
cypress trees.

Locally, you will find plenty to do. Spend your days basking in the sun at Foki Beach, where the ancient
olive trees provide natural shade, or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear sea water. From your
spot on the beach, enjoy breathtaking views of Foki Bay and the island of Ithaca. Feeling hungry? our
only neighbour is a taverna that offers local delicacies. .Just 1 km away, the picturesque village of
Fiscardo is easily reached on foot via a scenic walk along the esplanade. There, you’ll find a vibrant
selection of restaurants, coffee shops and bars, as well as a supermarket, gift shops, doctor's practice (GP), pharmacy, ferry, hairdresser, car-motorbike-boat and canoe rentals, daily cruises, and even a diving school—perfect for exploring both the charm of the village and the beauty of the Ionian Sea.
On either side of the property, there are 2 entrances to the Cypress Trails, also known as Footpaths of Erissos, perfect for hiking.
Also other small pebble beaches very near by are Emplisi, Alaties, Agia Jerusalem.
Big and famous beaches Myrtos, Xi, Platis and Makris Yalos, Antisamos, Petani, Agia Kyriaki and many others to discover.
Minies beach where the turtles lay their eggs in the same area you will also find one of the finest wineries
You have to visit Melissani lake, Drogarati cave and Ainos mountain with the wild horses and the black cypress trees a rare variety.
Kefallonia has 365 villages most famous after Fiskardo are Assos, Lourdata, Kastro (st.George's castle) and many others...
The main town is Argostoli near the airport, big harbours are Sami and Poros.
