The villa is an en-suite 4 bedroom, BBQ area, 16x3.5 swimming pool, sauna and can accommodate 8 guests in beds and 3 additional guests on sofa beds, 1 in the studio bedroom & 2 in the playroom area. The villa offers excellent privacy due to its location whilst still in the highly active touristic area with just a 3 minute drive to an organized beach nearby with all the needed amenities. The villa is an excellent villa to host an event due to its large landscaped grounds. The villa also offers a separate studio which is accessible and has an outdoor path to access the main level of the villa. Outdoor amenities include: - 56 sq.m. or 16x3.5 pool with a depth ranging from 2.40 to 1.5 meters & ladder access. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge, upon request. - 8 Wooden sleek loungers. - Patio furniture: chairs and tables. - Pergola with a dining table suitable for 10 guests. - Charcoal BBQ with & water sink connection. - Ping Pong Table. - Vegetable herb garden. - Large garden area. The villa is located in Stavremeno, Heraklion area completely private but within a well touristic area and a short 3 minute drive to restaurants, tavernas and different organized beaches. Also just a short drive to Heraklion city center and full folife Gouves areas. Gouves area is a stretch of lovely waterfront 18 km east of Heraklion the region features a great selection of organized beaches filled with tavernas, cafes, shops & restaurants of different cuisines as well as beach bars. The area, as it is a popular tourist attraction which has everything you might need which makes it a convenient home base to explore the region by car. Beaches, mountains, and various cultural and recreation activities are nearby.
