Welcome to our beautiful, spacious apartment, boasting 70 square meters of living space, nestled in the heart of the charming Polychrono village in Kassandra, Chalkidiki. Situated just 120 meters from the beach, this fully equipped apartment offers convenience and comfort. Inside, you'll find two air conditioners and a laundry machine to ensure your stay is pleasant and hassle-free. Additionally, four roof fans are available for added ventilation. With two balconies on either side, you can enjoy views of the village and soak in the Mediterranean ambiance. Perfect for families, our apartment is ideally located with plenty of grocery shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and beach bars within a short walking distance. We invite you to make use of all our facilities, including parking, laundry, and kitchen, oven All we ask is that you treat our space with care and respect, keeping everything clean and operational as you found it. We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy retreat in Polychrono! The driving distance between Thessaloniki and Polychrono is approximately 99.5 kilometers, with a duration of 1 hour and 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions. As your host, I'll be readily available to provide any assistance to guests, whether it's regarding tourist information or any other needs you may have—simply ask and I'll be happy to help. During the summer period, please observe the hours of meridian and nocturnal silence from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00."
