Please note that a person can visit a room only after request of the guest and if they leave ID at the reception.

Check In Policy:
Clients can arrive at the hotel at check in date, any time after 08:00. Check in starts from 15:00, and can be done between 15:00 - 24:00 (midnight), at check in date. If the room is available earlier, we can certainly deliver it.
In case of late arrival, beyond 24:00 (midnight), client must definitely inform us in time, in order to retain the reservation; otherwise it is automatically cancelled by the system, due to the change of the date.
