Location: This house is located at a complex of 8 maisonettes in front of the sea, in a quiet area at the settlement Mouries of Dionisiou Beach in Chalkidiki. It is a perfect house for families with kids, since your staying will be in a peaceful environment, surrounded by sea and with a clear view of Mount Olympus across it. If you, though, also would like to spend your nights having fun (and why not?), then within 1km from each side of the house, there are a lot of beach bars on sandy beaches and all-night clubs. The house is at 800m from the village Dionisiou Beach, alongside of which you can find many excellent fish-taverns, taverns and café-bars, as well as pastry shops with exquisite sweets and ice-creams. The sea in front of the house, is crystal clear, having small pebbles at first (so it is advisable to wear sea shoes) but a bit deeper turns to sand. At the central square of Dionisiou Beach, you will find a night open market, a small fun park for our little friends, and a sidewalk for strolls all along the beach. Moreover, in 800m you will find bakeries, super-markets and a fruit market. The International Airport of Thessaloniki is 45km away while the town’s center is at 60km. All of the above create a huge advantage for these houses, since they are a starting point for excursions without much inconvenience.
