Είναι χτισμένα σε ένα ήσυχο και καταπράσινο περιβάλλον. Απέχουν μόλις 300 μέτρα από τον γραφικό οικισμό αρκούδι και την ομώνυμη παραλία καθώς και 1.5 χλμ από την πανέμορφη παραλία των λουτρών Κυλλήνης. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματιστικό, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο,κουζίνα,ψυγείο, τηλεόραση, ασύρματη σύνδεση Internet καθώς και μπαλκόνι από τα οποία τα περισσότερα έχουν θέα στον κήπο και στη θάλασσα.
