Gioulis Apartments & Studios is a family business in Nea Plagia Halkidiki just 30 meters from the beach, 48 km from the city center of Thessaloniki, 35 km from MAKEDONIA airport and 21 km from Sani Beach Resort. We offer 4 spacious studios and 5 newly built stone villas which are surrounded by a lush garden with lawn and olive trees. Our visitors can relax enjoying the family atmosphere and the comfortable and peaceful environment of our garden where the children safely can enjoy their games on the lawn. Gioulis Apartments & Studios consists of 5 stone villas and 4 studios. Launched in 2002 with the construction of 4 studios and care of the garden and our olive trees. In 2012 started the construction of the 5 stone villas and the renovation of the 4 studios. Our goal is to provide a family, relaxing and tranquil environment for the holidays of our guests while providing ample space in our garden so that our little friends can play with comfort and safety.
Nea Plagia is a large village situated on the beginning of peninsula Kassandra in Halkidiki. It belongs to the municipality of Nea Propontida region of Central Macedonia. The village is 35 km from "Macedonia" airport of Thessaloniki, 48 km from the center of Thessaloniki, 10 km from Nea Moudania and 15 kilometers from the famous Cave in Petralona. The area has been inhabited since prehistoric times, as seen from the mound, where settlements were situated at that time. The inhabitants are refugees, coming from Plagia located then to Eastern Thrace.
