The studio is located 2.5km away from the city center of Chania, the Old Harbor and the Old Town, which are accessible by a frequent local bus service. The nearest beach is Aptera beach, about 600m away. The studio is recently renovated and fully furnished with modern and quality amenities. It includes a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine and an espresso pod machine with milk frother. The king-size bed is equipped with a high-quality anatomical semi-hard mattress, that gives comfort and support to the body. The bathroom features a shower, with necessary toiletries provided. The room features a comfortable bench with matching high chairs, appropriate for desk work. High-speed free Wi-Fi is provided. The 43" flat screen Smart TV supports streaming services and provides access to local TV stations and more than 1,000 international satellite channels.
Entering the hosting business in 2023 for the first time, we will be very excited to host you in our studio. Our residence is located next to the studio we are always available to assist you with your needs and inquiries, We wish you a pleasant vacation!
The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly. Two large super markets are located about 250m away, as well as a bus stops to the city center and the west side of the island at 300m. Free parking is available on the same street and surrounding area.
