Glysinia Villa is the second house located in the plot. It is a two-storey house 90 sqm ideal for couples, friends and family. On the ground floor, you will find the beautifully fully equipped kitchen, the living room with the ‘warm’ fireplace, a dining area, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed which can be converted into two single beds and a beautifully designed bathroom. The beautiful spacious outdoor space with the pool, flowers, trees pergola and a dining area enhances the feeling of intimacy. The interior stair will lead you to the 1st floor where you will find the second bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom. On the 1st floor, you will also have the opportunity to sit on the terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains.
