Our modern and confortable duplex house is located nearby the sea, at the foot of the imposing mountain Taygetos. It has always offered me and my family relaxing moments as well as fun and culture activities within a short car ride; the lively city of Kalamata is only 15 mins away. Having this house open to other people is a way to keep alive this part of our story. We hope you will enjoy your time among our 'green 'n gray' olive trees, as much as we do every single time! If I’m not there when you arrive, Joanna will welcome you with a drink and the keys. She will have you taste our delicious olive oil and will tell you everything you need to know.

Our neighbourhood is calm and easy going. In our road there are nice stone houses and a small church 'Agios Ioannis'. The house is only 10 minutes walk (500 meters) from the seaside. Swimming in small bays, enjoying a drink in a local cafe or a delicious meal in a tavern is easy to do on foot (10-20 minutes on foot) or 2-5 minutes by car. From the same road you can reach the first mountain village 'Megali Mandinia' which is 2 km far from the house and where you can walk around and have lunch in one of its 3 taverns, admiring the splendid view especially at sunset. You can go to Kalamata by car or by bus (9 km) for shopping, swimming and playing sea activities for children and young people. There are many taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars along the seaside by the port and in the old town. You can buy your groceries in Sandova or Arhontiko (2 km). The bakery of Soureas in Verga (4 km) offers delicious bread and pastry. In Kalamata you can enjoy the open market. There is a pharmacy in Paleochora (700 m) and a hospital in Kalamata (12 km). Within an 1 hour drive from the house, there are many beautiful places to visit. In July opens for 2 weeks the international festival of dance.
