Apartment in a house settlement, in the Chalkidiki inner bay area, not far from the cities of Moudania and Nikiti. The settlement is located by the seaside village Kalyves Polygyros on the inlet of Toroneos gulf between Kassandra and Sithonia peninsulas. It lies approximately 12 kilometers from the cities of Polygyros and Moudania respectively. At stretch of a 10 kilometers beach from Saint Mamas to Kalyves village, there is a “family” high standard beach, which is preferred by local residents. For the most part the beach is sandy with small pebbles occasionally. There lies a large community as well as some tavernas and cafes around one km out. Quiet and picturesque area especially for families with children or elder people. The apartment is on the first floor of a 2-storey house in the green village "Mikiverna Beach" next to Kalyves, Chalkidiki. The total area of the settlement surpasses 100 acres. The luxury apartment (first floor of the house) has two bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a related dining room and a bathroom with shower. It is very luminous (with a good sunny and windy orientation), with front and rear balconies and a fireplace, as seen in the photos

I studied computer software engineering and have multi-disciplinary interests. As worshipper of sea, I am a member of a sailing team of NOE (Yacht Club of Greece) and take part in regattas in Greece and in the Mediterranean Sea. Hosting for me is sharing my culture and hospitality with a person and a family that I might even never met before. This has always been something unique for me and my close ones since I was a kid . Looking forward to host anyone who is willing to sense the best of what Greece has to offer at a magnificent settlement as this and experience firsthand the Greek hospitality!
