Halkidio House is located in the village of Sivas, South Crete. It is placed in a quiet neighbourhood with a view to the mountain of Psiloritis.
The property is autonomous and consists of three bedrooms and one bathroom, a W.C., a big kitchen fully-equipped and a living room. There is also a swimming pool (6mx3m in size, dept: 1.5m) with a BBQ area and a private parking. The rooftop is furnished and accessible from the stairs.
The house is a 2-minute walk to the main square of the village where is full of traditional restaurants and cretan styled coffee places.
It's 10 minutes away from the famous beach of Matala and 30 minutes from the beach of Kali Limenes. The archaeological site of Phaestos is also very close.
