Modern Boho style Villa 150m from the Beach, located in northern Crete on the Aegean coast in the beautiful village of Lygaria. Completely renovated in May 2021. Convenient location from N.Kozanzakis Airport 25min and 20min drive by car from the capital of Crete, Heraklion. One-storey Villa with two bedrooms, living room and kitchen, large terrace area with BBQ grill, summer kitchen, dining area, LOUNGE area, swimming pool and sunbathing area and covered parking for one car. Mediterranean garden with fruit trees, palms, cactus, etc. Master Bedroom with double bed and additional sofa for a child up to 8 years old. A baby cot is provided (on request). Guest bedroom with two single beds or one double bed (on request). Living room with eco fireplace and sofa area. Kitchen with all appliances and a small dining area. Terrace with Sofa sitting area, dining area, Summer kitchen and BBQ grill. Pool area with sun loungers and poufs under protective umbrellas. Swimming pool 1.50m. Cleaning service of the Villa every 4th day of your stay with change of linen, towels and laundry services.

Neighbourhood information

Picturesque and very famous among the Greeks, the village of Ligaria, famous for its crystal clear water and a bay closed from waves. The beach is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. There are 4 taverns and 2 bars in the beach prominade, as well as a diving center with boat rental. There is a lifeguard on the beach during the summer season. In the summer, Lygaria is in great demand among the local population, as well as among visitors of the island, but within a 5-10 minute drive there are many large and small bays where you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming. In the vicinity there are a lot of attractions and very beautiful places, such as museums, monasteries, mountains, gorges and caves. Having been here once, you will definitely want to come back.
