Hello! I am Panos Giovannis owner of Home House of Rethymno. I welcome you to one of the most exclusive seaside apartments of the town, built in the 80's. My parents, portrayed in the black and white photo, succeeded in creating a unique apartment on the beach, located just a breath away from the old and new town. A combination that could only be achieved at that time. The apartment is spacious and can accommodate up to seven people (three in the bedrooms and four at the large, comfortable sofa beds in the living rooms). It provides all the comforts of a modern apartment, while the decoration, with its multi-ethnic elements, takes you to all parts of the world, inspired by the valuable ornaments and objects of art which my parents have collected from their journeys over the years. What makes Home House of Rethymno a unique destination, is its front terrace overlooking the sea. Unfolding the changing colors and the endlessly moving sea waves, the veranda offers a different experience every day, like a changing scenery, painted by God. Like a “tableau vivant”, made by the magic hand of nature. I feel very happy to welcome guests who can relax and have a good time in my house, which, after my dear parents passed away, I have maintained meticulously, with love and care. Its location, in a wonderful neighborhood, allows guests to reach everything they need on foot, at a short walking distance. Supermarkets, coffeeshops, restaurants and taverns, beach bars, and enjoy all day long at the beach. Don’t miss the delicious ice cream flavours of "Ma Douce", located just below the apartment, and relax on the seafront.
