The Villa measures 200 sq. m and is split over to two levels, accommodating 6+1 guests in total. The main entrance is located on the ground floor and leads to the living room, dining area and in continuation the fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms both with queen sized beds can be found here as well as big bathroom with double bathtub. One of the bedrooms offers air-conditioning whereas two fans are also available. A few steps upwards take us to the attic - a big space with another queen sized bed along with a double sofa bed and a second bathroom with shower. This floor is also air-conditioned. The villa features a private pool and a garden for relaxing moments!

Ilenia’s private villa with pool is located in the well known Laganas, one of the most famous resorts of the island. The house is about 500 meters away from the main street. Laganas is the place to be if you are searching for a lively resort with a lot of activities, restaurants, shops and night clubs. Its long sandy beach is the place where the endangered Caretta Caretta turtle lays its eggs and is part of the National Marine Park. Laganas also offers activities such as mini golf, 5x5 football field, horse riding and others. Of course take the time to book a boat excursion and get the chance to meet a Caretta Caretta turtle.
