The house has a third room on the second floor which is accessed by an external staircase. There is a parking area, a very nice veranda with chaise longues and a basketball hoop at the backyard. The house has 3 bathrooms. One of them is in the master bedroom. Board games, mosquito tablets, flashlight, medicine box, tailoring box in the house. Starlink is waiting for you at the house! A high level internet quality and speed. On the same plot there is also a second residence with its own external space, to which access to the tenants of "Ioannis House" is prohibited. It is a private summer house, nobody will be there during your stay at “Ioannis House” ( nobody will bother you)
Home is not a place, it’s a feeling!!
In just ten minutes by car you will be able to enjoy the beautiful beach of Souda, a large, spotless beach, with a unique landscape, which you will love. Other nearby beaches, the two unique gorges of the area as well as the famous Palm forest and Monastery of Prevelis are also enchanting. In Damnoni beach -15 min away- you will be able to enjoy Water sports!
