Joya House is a 2015 renovated village two bedroom two floor house(120m2), with its own enclosed private yard in Agios Leon, Zante. Ideal for up to 5 persons, families, couples, friends, it offers a real 'like the locals" experience, as you can walk through the village's narrow streets, and mix with its people. Joya Village House has a ground floor kitchen, bathroom and living room, with an enclosed relaxing private yard, and two bedrooms on the top floor. In the living room there is a sofa, a FULL HD T.V., USB-Charger and an energy efficiency fireplace, also there is placed the main kitchen of the house. In the main bedroom you can find a double bed(queen size) and a ensuite bathroom. The mattress of bed is really comfort with 300 layer springs for a truly restful sleep, a major reason to choose the house. Also there are FULL HD TV, DVD player, A/C, and a Vintage Radio. At the 1st floor also is situated the second bedroom with a Small Double and Single Bed. Also there are A/C, TV-player and DVD-player.
We like our guests to have the best possible time. We will offer you information about what to do and how to take advantage of your stay at the island. We can help out if you let us know what are your favorite activities for your holiday. We can provide maps, smart tips and useful information regarding the island and other destinations you may have within Greece. We will leave a selection of books on Zakynthos for your enjoyment and exploration. In case of an emergency or any issue, help can be provided 24/7 by the landlords.
The house is located in the middle of an average traditional greek village. It has easy access to a corner shop, a petrol station, a couple of bakeries (one of them being typically greek), a taverna. Locals are pretty quiet, and always friendly. The village of Agios Leon is a mountainous village with easy access to the main road, 20 minutes from the airport and 15 from Laganas. It is located on the western side of the island and has two picturesque beaches (Limnionas and Roxa) both having tavernas nearby. It is the suitable place in order to discover the intact natural beauty of Zakynthos Island.
