The room is in a traditional Cycladian house designed for renting. It's located on the side of the house, next to the stairs. The house is located in Piso Livadi, which is the nearest tourist destination to the beaches! Also, it is right next to the sea and is facing Naxos, our next-door neighbor. It was built by my grandfather, who also rented every room, and it is in great condition, mainly because it was renovated recently. It has two beds, two nightstands, a TV, and much more that you can see in the photos and/or room details. Also, it is located near a remote beach that is a five-minute walk from the exit. We offer free parking and limited time on the balcony with an amazing view.
Hello, my tourist friends! My name is Thomas Karampas, but you can call me Tom. I have much experience with people from all over the world because I work as a waiter in a big tourist grill house in the center of Athens. My family has lived in this house for three generations now, and it's safe to say I know my way around, so don't forget to ask me anything while you stay here. I can give you some great recommendations from all around the island, from beaches (I also know some local, non-touristy, beautiful ones) to stores to places for food, and anything in between. I will come to Paros for the season and will be available from the morning until my shifts start in a local store that you can visit. Drinks are on me! Don't worry, though; I have a whole family backing me up, so if you need something, we will be available. I hope you enjoy your stay in Paros, even if it's not in my room, because this island is truly one of the best places in the world you can visit during the summer.
Piso Livadi is one of the most beautiful parts of Paros. Equipped with its own port, it used to be a fishing village where every day there was a fishermen's market. In modern times, it has evolved into a tourist paradise. From the cafes and bars that are located on the sand of the beach to the picturesque restaurants set up in a row on the pavement, where the tables reach to the end of the street that ends at the sea, the ideal trip, I believe, would start with buying souvenirs from the various shops, then eating in the full taverns or having a drink in the beautiful waters of the beach, and at the end, having a walk along the port, looking at the sea breaking at arm's length on the one hand and boats floating in all the calm waters of the harbor. This walk will end at the green lighthouse (there is also a red one), where if someone wants to, he can sit on the rocks, fish, listen to what the sea passing under him tells him, and calm his soul. Surely, after the chaos of everyday life, such a calm day can empty the load that everyone carries and start their journey to one of the most beautiful islands of the Mediterranean with a clear mind and an appetite to create unforgettable memories.
