Κομψο ενιαιο διαμερισμα 60 τμ που συνδιαζει ανεση λειτουργικοτητα και καλες παροχες σε εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια. Σε μολις 2 λεπτα με το αυτοκινητο βρισκεται η γνωστη ελευθερη παραλια της Καλαμιτσας με ελευθερο παρκινγκ.Εκει διπλα υπαρχει ελευθερο κεντρο αθλησης το οποιο περιεχει διαφορα γηπεδα και παιδικη χαρα Στη γυρω περιοχη σε πολυ μικρες αποστασεις θα βρειτε super markets,φαρμακειο,ταβερνες,snack bar,ζαχαροπλαστειο,καφε,κομμωτηριο. Απεχει 2,5 χιλ. απο το Αρχαιολογικο ΜΟΥΣΕΙΟ Καβαλας. Η περιοχη ειναι διακριτικη και υπαρχει σεβασμος στην διατηρηση της ησυχιας και της ιδιωτικοτητας.
