It is a family business of 4 independent villas, built in a plot of 6 acres, just 3 minutes walking distance from the beach. In that plot you will see a big variety of local plants, herbs, flowers, trees and a garden with season's vegetables. There is an outside playground for kids with seesaw, swings and slide. The construction is modern with emphasis on comfort. Each villa consists a bedroom, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and two private verandas where you can enjoy the sunset. Every room has A/C, is airy and sunniness with either mountain or sea view. There are screens on every window and door. At the main veranda there are dining furniture and net for sun protection. This place is indicated for people who are looking for relaxation and escape from the noises of a big city. Ideal for those who love nature and sea.
Our family is a big traditional greek family with many kids!Everyone has his own job but all together we make sure that KIONI is the best place for you, for people that want to relax near the nature.
Kioni Villas are situated in Lakkoi, a small village on a beach of Libyan Sea and a few meters away of the foot of the White Mountains, near Fragkokastello, in Sfakia region.
