It is a three-story building of 150 square meters, of modern construction, stone, tiled roofs, while stone and wood prevail inside, oak floors, chestnut frames, wooden stairs and paneled wooden ceilings. All have a double bed with bedside tables, lights, sockets and mobile phone charger, 32" TV, armchairs, tables for suitcases and a large wardrobe with hangers. Independent bathroom with shower. Cotton bed linen, face and bath towels, slippers and a hair dryer. 2nd floor Master Bedroom: It has a Private balcony with a view and exit to the patio. A folding bed 80X180 can be added. 2nd floor Second Bedroom: Window with view. 3rd Floor Suite: Single space of 35 sqm with a second independent entrance from the paved courtyard. It communicates and is completely isolated from the rest of the Guesthouse. It has a small kitchen with a refrigerator and the necessary utensils for cooking, coffee, etc. Plates, glasses (water, wine, drinks) and cups. Also folding wall table for 4 people. I am a retired Professor of the University of Athens and now the administrator of the Korfes Guest House in the beautiful Koryschades in Evrytania.
