Το σπίτι ξεχωρίζει για το μπλε βαθύ χρώμα του και την μοναδική του θέα προς το βράχο του Αρκουδιου, την ονομαζόμενη "Πέτρα του Κοκκώνη" {Kokkoni's Rock} και ταυτόχρονα στο ρομαντικό ηλιοβασίλεμα του Αρκουδιου. Ιδανικό τόσο για ζευγάρια όσο για οικογένειες και παρέες φίλων. Προσφέρει απλόχερα χαλάρωση και ξεγνοιασιά. Το σπίτι διαθέτει 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και έναν καναπέ-κρεβάτι, είδη υγιεινής, ντουζιέρα εσωτερική και εξωτερική και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Arkoudi, in general, is a tourist resort and an absolute summer destination. The beach is entirely covered with golden sand and is fully equipped. You will find cafes with sun loungers and free umbrellas. There is also a lifeguard and beach volley on the beach. Fishermen can enjoy their favorite habit in the rocks at the end of the beach.
