"Leyenia Serenity Houses" is a complex of 3 residences, with ample communal parking space and a large shared area with a swimming pool, open to those residing in the complex. The houses are ideal for families, couples, as well as groups of friends, seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. Each residence features: - Private entrance on the ground floor, through the front private courtyard. - Ground floor consisting of an open-plan space with kitchen, dining area, living room with 1 sofa bed. - Ground floor bathroom. - Spacious private ground floor veranda with fantastic views of Souda Bay, equipped with comfortable furniture to enjoy your coffee, meals, and drinks. - Access to the large communal pool area through the ground floor veranda. - Private sun loungers and umbrellas in the pool area. - Ground floor connection to the first floor via an internal staircase. - On the first floor, there are two fully furnished bedrooms decorated in relaxing tones. - The first bedroom with 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe, and dressing table. - The second bedroom with 2 single beds, spacious wardrobe, and dressing table. - First-floor bathroom and laundry facilities. - Access to a balcony with breathtaking views through the bedrooms.

The distance from the complex to the center of Chania city is only 30 minutes and 45 minutes from Chania Airport (Ioannis Daskalogiannis). The residences are just 800 meters from the picturesque square of the Traditional Settlement of Kokkino Chorio, where the classic movie "Zorba the Greek" was filmed in 1964. In the village square, there is a Mini Market to supply all the necessary food, a traditional taverna, and cafés. Kokkino Chorio is renowned for its traditional alleys with beautiful churches and stone houses. All these offer walkers who want to explore the local architecture and tradition an exquisite atmosphere! The nearest beach called Koutalas is located 2 km away. Koutalas is a small bay with crystal clear blue waters, mainly visited by the area's permanent residents. Around Koutalas, there are various caves you can visit in combination with your swim. The most famous of these is the underwater "Cave of the Elephants," which is an excellent diving destination! After the beach, don't forget to take a walk to the lighthouse at the edge of the cape, which was built in 1864. Above the village, near the church of Agios Georgios, there is a cave whose stone corridors end on the hillside. This cave was used as an underground shelter and base by the Germans during World War II. In the surrounding villages and just a 5-minute drive away, you can find organized beaches such as Almyrida, tavernas and restaurants, cafés, and bars to enjoy your summer vacation.
