Lilium Villa, located in a picturesque village, just a short drive away from the wonderful beach of Panormos, is a 120m2 villa, which can accommodate up to 8 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The open-plan room features a comfortable living room area with a lovely open fireplace and a dining area for the whole family. Large windows in the dining area open to a shaded veranda, equipped with patio furniture. Moving on, you will find the fully equipped kitchen, offering direct access to the pool terrace. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the third one features two single beds.The Villa boasts an outdoor area which covers 500 m2, features a swimming pool with a special children’s compartment, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, as well as an outdoor shower. To make things better, an outdoor, four-seater Jacuzzi (not heated) awaits you by the pool, perfect for soaking up the sun during the day! Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed No events allowed Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Lilium Villa is located in Perama town which is within 5 minutes driving to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. Distances to Important Locations Super Market & Restaurants: Perama village, 1 Km Panormos Beach: 6 Kms Rethymno Port & Town: 25 Kms Heraklion International Airport: 67,8 Kms Chania International Airport: 96,6 Kms Renting a car is essential to explore the nearby villages and unique sandy beach locations!
