Το συγκρότημα Livadi apartments , βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Λιβάδι της Νικήτης. Απέχει μόλις 30 μέτρα απο την οργανωμένη παραλία της Νικήτης , στο κέντρο της παραλιακής οδού. Αποτελείται απο 3 πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένα και πλήρως εξοπλισμένα διαμερίσματα (2023/24) , 2 των 40 τμ τα οποία μπορούν να φιλοξενήσουν μέχρι και 4 άτομα και 1 των 25 τμ το οποίο φιλοξενεί εως και 2 άτομα. Το συγκρότημα βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της παραλιακής οδού με άμεση πρόσβαση στην παραλία, σε εστιατόρια,bar και beach bar!
