LONGOBARDI Sea Front Villa - The bay, is in front of the house, is like a lake, always calm, clear water, and I guarantee it is very safe. The view during the sunset is breathtaking and has a unique atmosphere. 15 minutes away from Chania Airport, and more than 2 hours away from Heraklion Airport is the perfect spot to relax and in the midtime to explore the island. The surrounding area is very quiet. The land extends to the sea, and the distance of the house from the sea is 30 meters away. You can swim just below the house privately. It has 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 patios, and a terrace with outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities. There are also 3 sandy beaches around. The 1st is about 300m. You can get there on foot or by car. Many families love this beach because it is not deep, and you can walk on the water from 20 meters away. There is a snack bar, with chairs and umbrellas on the sandy beach and 2 taverns. The 2nd and the 3rd, sandy beaches, are about 800m from the house. It is better to go there by car. There are three taverns and a snack bar with chairs and umbrellas on the sandy beaches and boats and pedal boats.
I am a retired Air Force pilot officer. I am the owner of this house, and it is a private business, in the name of my son Alexandros Lagouvardos.
It is a quiet area, outside the city plan, with a few houses around, 3-4, in a quiet bay, with panoramic views of the 270 degree bay and the White Mountains in the background.
