There is a living room-kitchen with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with a large wardrobe and a dressing table/desk. Also there are Smart TV, air condition, water heater, Wi-Fi Internet, oven with hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The name as well as the aesthetics of the space was created by Lou Lenny's aRt, which exhibits some of its works on the walls of the apartments. The renovation was completed in June 2021.
