This beautiful stylish 3 bedroom villa for family and friends offers an ideal setting for a dream vacation. Located in the peaceful area of Νea Makri,only a 7 min. walking distance from the beach (which includes sunbeds and a lounge beach bar) and a 10 min. walking distance from the center of Nea Makri, this property combines both tranquility for a relaxing vacation when needed as well as being within a short distance from the local picturesque harbor with its traditional taverns and café bars. The outside ground area of 250sqm consists of a dining-lounge surrounded by grass, lemon trees and a built-in BBQ. Will be glad to help you with renting a car/ scooter as well as with recommendations regarding local and Athenian recreation. We look forward to welcome guests at the property on their arrival (or at the point of arrival upon request) and to communicate via phone, text or e-mail messages during their stay for any reason that would make such more enjoyable and relaxing.
