The villa is located in the area of Akrotiri – Otzia and is about 8 minutes by car from the port of the island, 3 minutes from the beach of Otzia and 5 minutes from the picturesque Marina of Vourkari, with its cafes, taverans and bars. The villa is 160sq meters and is part of a small complex of 4 villas in total, each one completely independent, private and with its own swimming pool. Surrounding the villa is a large terrace with a sweet water swimming pool, a large shaded seating area with a large built-in sofa from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. Near the seating area is a large shaded dining and a stone built BBQ. At the far end of the terrace is a second shaded dining area, which is protected from the northerly winds, which sometimes occur in August. Description: The ground floor of the villa has a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Near the main house there is a guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom. To the side of the main main house there are steps leading down to a second guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom.
