A modern villa apartment, ideal for all year round holidays. The villa apartment is suitable for family vacations or couples in a quiet environment near the beach (only 500m away), situated in a citrus field. It has 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. In the living room there is a TV for your entertainment and two large sofas. There is also a dining area for your noon or evening meals. The kitchen is fully equipped to make easy for you to prepare your meals. The highlight of the villa though is its garden. It is situated in such a way so that it is not in common view giving you a sense of isolation and total privacy as it is surrounded by citrus trees and native plants. It is ideal for children to play and also for adults to relax and enjoy their meals in the outside dining area and Greek summer nights. There is plenty of space and a relaxing hammock under the trees.
