Located just 3 km from the heart of Rethymno, in the tranquil Tria Monastiria area, this luxurious villa invites you to experience the ultimate blend of relaxation, space, and comfort. With its stunning sea views, vast outdoor areas, and elegant interiors, Villa Zakkallin offers a perfect escape for families, friends, or exclusive gatherings. - Εvents are allowed upon request for up to 100 guests with additional charges. - The house may accommodate one pet up to 10 kg. - Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival. Quiet Hours: Summer (Apr 1 – Sep 30): 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter (Oct 1 – Mar 31): 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 Please be informed that the pool at the villa will be operational from April 1st to November 30th
