The place is unique. It has a large swimming pool at the private roof garden, connected with the apartment through internal stairs. The apartment is big 150m2 and occupies the whole third floor on a three floor building. However, it feels double size, since usually guests spend a lot of time at the 150m2 roof garden. The apartment is flooded with light looking at the hill trees and it has a beautiful fireplace, The building is small, very peaceful and completely safe. It is in the center of city and nightlife (5 min away by car from the Parliament and Acropolis), but not in the touristic and noisy center. It is in the peaceful area of Lycabettus hill. From the veranda the view is the hill trees, not the neighbor. From the roof garden terrace there is a panoramic view of Athens and hill trees. There is complete privacy, at both the veranda and terrace. You can swim, relax, sunbath or enjoy romance, in a healthy peaceful environment, although in the city center. The large roof garden sees north, south, east and west. It has sun bathing areas and also covered areas.The place has a well designed and furnished interior, with all the possible amenities

Lycabettus hill is at the center of Athens, but without the noise of the center. It is by far the best area to stay in the center of city. It cannot be compared with other areas in Athens which, although closer to Acropolis,, usually are noisy, full of graffiti, warmer in the summer and not advisable for children. This is a very peaceful and safe residential area with no shops and noise, right beside the road going up to the top of Lycabettus Hill, very convenient for people who want to do jogging or walk. However, it is 6 min walking distance from a sub center that has everything needed: bakeries, restaurants, super market etc The apartment has panoramic view of Athens, but it is also looking at the hill trees, with complete privacy at the terrace, since it is at the highest point of living area of Lycabettus hill. Shops are 5 min away walking distance. Distances (walking): Syntagma square 1.5 klm (20 min), Acropolis 2km (25 min)
